About the Gym
Our mission is to help you reach the next phase in your fitness journey. We take a holistic approach to healthy living, training, nutrition, and community connections. Join our Phase family, as a private, small group, or open-gym member as we build a healthier community together.

Online Training
Personal training at Phase begins with a conversation about you. Together we will sit down and discuss your fitness goals, match you with a trainer, decide on 30 minute, 45 minute or a one hour training package, and get you on your way to the next phase your fitness journey.
This is not a class. Small groups give you the best of both worlds - helping you build relationships, receive encouragement and support, while having one-on-one fitness guidance by an in-person trainer.
Online training is a good alternative for busy schedules - let us develop a personal fitness plan for you. An online fitness plan allows you to work out when it's most convenient. We will check in with each other on a regular basis to chart your progress and help you reach your fitness goals.
