Getting started at Phase is simple. No pressure. No complicated steps. No long-term contracts or sign-up fees. Just send us a message and someone from our team will connect with you to talk through your goals, answer questions, and help you find the best way to train. We use Zen Planner to handle scheduling, memberships, and communication, making everything straightforward from day one. You focus on showing up and moving your body. We’ll take care of the rest.
